Preparing for your Caravan Service

  • If you want your caravan or motorhome serviced or repaired in a storage compound or on a campsite then it is good practice to ensure you have permission from the landlord or campsite manager before booking an engineer.
  • Some driveways and storage bays have limited space around them so please make sure that you allow a minimum of 1meter clearance on every side of the caravan or motorhome at the time of the service for the engineer to work safely.
  • To prepare your caravan or motorhome for it's habitation check, you should empty out as many personal belongings as possible. The engineer will require access to storage lockers, cupboards, under seats and beds.
  • In advance of your service don't forget to inform the engineer of any current faults or issues you are having with your caravan or motorhome.
  • Please make sure that you allow enough time for the engineer to carry out your caravan service. This normally takes at least four hours.
